Presidential Range CrossFit is very proud to be a Certified CrossFit Kids Gym. We believe deeply in the value of raising our community of kids to be strong and healthy, enjoying fitness and sport at every level. We teach our kids the healthy habits and behaviors that empower them to live a fulfilling life of fun and adventure, with their fitness also serving as a future hedge against sickness. In short, we produce tiny, happy warriors. 

What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is designed specially for children of all fitness levels to gain confidence, strength and stamina in a HIGH-ENERGY, FUN and ENGAGING class environment. It’s based on the principles of Mechanics, Consistency, and then Intensity. We emphasize good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function. Consistent adherence to our program is proving to have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement in our community.

How does it work?

We offer CrossFit Kids classes in SIX-WEEK sessions to kids ages 10-13 of all fitness levels and ability who are serious about working out to become their BEST. 

Our Kids Schedule:

Mondays & Wednesdays 3:00pm-4:00pm

Ages 9-13

*14+ are welcome to join the adults classes

Classes are capped at about 12 students so Call or Message Coach Meg today to find out when the next session starts and reserve a spot for your child!  603-991-2508
