The Presidential Range CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting & Strength programs are customized for the individual; they can range from being a general strength based program or focusing specifically on a strength specialty such as Olympic Weightlifting or powerlifting. Programs are structured in 4-6 week blocks with 2-3 sessions per week, depending on the individual and their goals. We recommend a minimum of 3 months commitment in order to see progress and results.

Personal Session

Feel free to reach out to us any time of the day to get a workout in as there are always team members and others working out. If a class time does not work for you just contact us for arrangements. We will also be doing personal training so contact us for more information.
