The Presidential Range CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting program is for members who are looking to improve their technique, strength, mobility, and stability – all critical components necessary to improve your snatch and clean & jerk. This program is separate from general CrossFit classes and solely focuses on the traditional Olympic weightlifting lifts. This is a 12 week progressive program where all participants will set individual goals with the one on one help of the coach. The program will culminate at the end of the 12 weeks with a gym member only mock weightlifting meet. This is great opportunity to demonstrate the progress, commitment and hard work that you dedicated over those weeks. If you’re interested in signing up, please contact us!

Personal Session

Feel free to reach out to us any time of the day to get a workout in as there are always team members and others working out. If a class time does not work for you just contact us for arrangements. We will also be doing personal training so contact us for more information.
